Thank you for your interest in Pathways to creative Youth Work (P2CYW) and welcome to our application form. We would invite you to spend some quality time over the form, we are expecting more applications than there are places, and the more information you can provide, the better will be our selection process!

We know you will hear this a lot from the team, and it is VERY IMPORTANT that you are able to commit to both parts of the project:

Training Course 1, in Sardinia, Italy, from 7th to 14th November 2025
Training Course 2, in Germany from 5th to 13th May 2026

The shared language for the training will be English, and you may feel more comfortable completing this form in German. This is fine too!
