Dear Parents/Carers,

Please find attached a booking form for the summer term (25th Apr - 28th July).

Please ensure you read these notes thoroughly due to further changes in booking arrangements.

This form will enable you to book into both Littletown Laurels Breakfast Club (BC) and for After School Club (ASC).  If you wish to use either of our childcare provisions please ensure this booking form, and an up to date registration form, is completed by 12 noon on Friday 1st April. You are welcome to book after this date but I can't guarantee availability. An up to date registration form must be completed before we can accept any bookings.  Please ensure you fill in a separate form for each child. These will also be as a google form.

Please note:
We no longer use the old mobile numbers for our childcare provisions which some parents may still have. If you need to make alterations to your sessions, please email me (hannah.groves@littletownacademy.org) with a full week's notice in order to not be charged. Otherwise, you will be charged for ALL the sessions you have booked. As normal, we will be able to refund sessions for illness or serious extenuating circumstances if we are notified before 9am on the day of your booking. This is so we know regular numbers for pods etc. and can plan activities and staff numbers accordingly. We also have high demand for places and therefore need to book extra staff in advance.

When booking sessions you must deposit the correct funds through either the government childcare voucher scheme or Parentpay A WEEK IN ADVANCE of your bookings (new to school parents will be issued a ParentPay code in the first week of school and will begin to be billed as soon as your ParentPay code is created).  Breakfast and ASC are pre-payment services therefore if there aren't the relevant funds in the accounts, your bookings will not be accepted and you will need to arrange other childcare.

We have an awareness that some parents/carers will find bookings difficult when there are restrictions to refunds. However, to allow us to provide our extended school services we must know how many children/families/year groups we will be catering for in advance. We will hopefully continue to become more flexible in the future.

Breakfast Club and After school club is £4.00 per session, whether you need the whole session or partial. There are three sessions at A.S.C. per day. They are; until 4:15pm, until 5:15pm and until 6:00pm. i.e. until 4:15pm = £4, until 5:15pm = £8 and until 6:00pm = £12.
