I freely and voluntarily accept and assume all such risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, violence, property damage or loss, during all the time of this event or any other activity organized by "ALWAYS HIKING", resulting from the travel arrangements, attendance at this and any other related activities during this event, or any other activity organized by "Hiker Buddies". *
I accept my responsibility to abide by the laws of the country, to ensure that I have adequate medical coverage, protect personal possessions, and obey all the rules set out for this event, or any other activity organized by "ALWAYS HIKING"   *
I agree to follow the Current Ontario Provincial Guidelines for Covid-19 for such things as physical distancing and limits on number of people gathering for any and all “Always Hiking” events. *
I agree that I will not participate if I am: feeling ill or have any of the symptoms of Covid-19, have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for the virus or if I, or anyone I have had close contact with is waiting on test results for a Covid-19 test. *
LIABILITY WAIVER and INDEMNIFICATION  In consideration of approval to participate in this event, or any other activity organized by "ALWAYS HIKING". I and any personal representative, hold harmless, release and forever discharge "ALWAYS HIKING", and their directors, officers, faculty, staff, students, volunteers, agents, trainees, assistant organizers, or employees from any and all actions, causes of actions, including negligence, claims and demands for damages, loss or injury, resulting from or arising out of my participation in this event, or any other activity organized by "ALWAYS HIKING". I also indemnify and save harmless "ALWAYS HIKING" from any and all actions, causes of actions, demands, expenses or losses whatsoever which they may bear as a result of my participation in this event, or any other activity organized by "ALWAYS HIKING", by reason of damage to any and all property and any and all personal injuries, including death of others or myself. *
