Timperley Hockey Academy Return to Play - Stage 1: Under 18 Player intent to play and information
We are looking forward to starting the Academy hockey. Before we can do that we do need you to complete this online form and submit it by Wednesday 2nd September 2020. Please complete a new form for each family member (under 18).

We are updating all of our academy (and senior) training sessions in line with England Hockey Step 4 Regulations  Covid regulations and ask you to be patient whilst our volunteers set up and run the new processes. We can assure you that we can't wait to get the Academy up and running and look forward to you help to do this.

To ensure we can fully comply, and Return to Play in a safe way for all involved the Academy training and matches will be returning on a phased basis to manage numbers and get everyone (players and parents!) familiar with the new requirements and social distancing whilst at hockey and the Club.  See the phased dates for return on the website.

To assist please make sure you

- complete this short survey by 2nd September
- complete the EH Participation Agreement for all Under 18's planning to play or train at Timperley HC
- watch the EH Return to Play Video on the THC website
- update your Pitchero/THC Website personal information for parents and U18 players

To do this we do need extra support from volunteers so please do indicate where you can help. With out volunteers we can not operate. Particularly this year due to new COVID regulations we require more volunteers than ever before and without your help we will not be able to provide hockey opportunities in the same way.

Please only put one child's details on each form and submit multiple forms if required for more than one child.
