All applications must be sent in by October 15 to be considered for the coming season. Please note, this is a juried collection, so applying does NOT guarantee your gingerbread will be made for this or future seasons.

We also ask that you DO NOT include any payment with your application. We will contact you after the jury, at which point we will go over your design and send an invoice for the appropriate amount. Contact Downtown Manager, Anthony McNeal for more information: director@experiencemv.org.

$300 - First Year Sponsor (NEW GINGERBREAD FIGURE) - Design your own Gingerbread! Our team of professional, local artists will work with you to design a one-of-a-kind gingerbread figure! We can put logos or company names on these gingerbreads but may not be able to match hair, eye, clothing or skin color perfectly. A plaque will be attached to the base of the gingerbread identifying you as this year's sponsor. Each year after this, the sponsorship will be $150 for repair and maintenance of the gingerbread. The Gingerbread will be on display at the Gingerbread Forest for the Holiday season.

$150 - Following Years Sponsor (EXISTING FIGURE) - Returning sponsors have the opportunity to bring out a figure that has been created in past years for display! A 1-year grace period is allowed where Experience Mount Vernon will hold and maintain your figure, but following one year of no sponsorship, the figure MUST be picked up from Experience Mount Venron.
