By completing the form below, you are agreeing to have reviewed the Uplands School Bus Service guidelines and schedule. You agree to follow the code of conduct for school bus travel at Uplands. You understand that failure to do so, after receiving written warnings, shall result in my suspension from the school bus for a set period. You understand that reservations shall be on first come, first serve basis. Decision to withdraw from a service during a term will not entitle you to a refund.
