Thank you for ordering a custom cap! A few things to note:
-ALL swimmers will receive one complementary, NON-personalized Stingrays cap.
-You can order CUSTOM caps below, with your swimmer's name(s) printed on them, under the logo.
-You can also order additional NON-personalized caps with this form.
-ALL cap order are due WEDNESDAY, MAY 8. Caps will be delivered in plenty of time for our first dual-meet on June 8!

*added note* HERE ARE YOUR CAP OPTIONS:
Option 1: Logo-only Stingrays caps. These would be ordered in ADDITION to the one that will be provided to your swimmer. $10 each.
Option 2: A SINGLE customized cap. These will have your chosen name printed under the Stingrays logo. $15 each.
Option 3: TWO customized caps, both printed with the EXACT SAME WORDING. $25 (for two identical caps).

You CAN order Option 1 and Options 2 or 3 together on this form. Example: You want 3 regular Stingrays caps, and 1 custom cap. You will choose both options below. Your order total would be $45 (3 regular caps = $30 + 1 single custom cap = $15, total of $45).
