Thank you for your interest in being a part of the 2024 White House Library Fandom Fair. To apply as a possible vendor for the event, please complete the form below no later than May 11th, 2024. Submitting a vendor request does not guarantee that the applicant will receive a space. The selection committee will notify you of their decision on or before  May 18th, 2024. You may pay for your booth space by check, cash or Venmo. Make checks payable to: White House Friends of the Library. You may deliver or mail payment to: White House Library, 105 B College Street, White House, TN 37188. Venmo payments made be made to @FriendsoftheWhiteHouseLibrary listed under charities. Please make sure to specific your booth space when making the donation.

Each vendor  will be provided a 10 X 10 space. They must bring their own table(s), chairs and easy up tent.  Vendors may start setting up at 7:00 am. The event ends at 3:00 pm. We ask that all vendors do not pack up to leave prior to 3:00 pm. No alcohol, drugs, bootleg, counterfeit, or real weapons may be sold at this event. This is a family event and mature content is not allowed. The vendor will not hold the White House Library, City of White House, or Friends of the White House Library liable for any damages or theft of items that may arise during the event. There will be no reimbursement for booth space once payment has been received. Vendors must pay for their booth(s) no later than June 6th, 2024. Vendors are expected to be respectful during this family event and are asked to refrain from swearing, discriminating against an individual, dressing inappropriately, making sexual remarks or derogatory comments. By purchasing a space at this event, you must comply with these rules. The White House Library staff, City of White House employees, and Friends of the Library Board have the right to remove any vendor at any time during the event due to failure to comply with the rules or any other direction that may be given by an event organizer.
