Thank you for your support! This form is for my Patreon followers. Please fill out questions for your size art/giantess commission in the next section. I will get back to you within a day or so upon completion of this form. Pricing info is below as displayed on my dA bio:

Base price: 170 USD for the completion of the illustration (the giantess). This includes a blank white background and basic white tiny.

A little extra will be charged for any details added (background, extra characters, comic or illustration style, etc.). Prices are negotiable so please send a message on dA, pixiv, Twitter (preferable as it notifies me immediately), or Patreon if I get back to you.

Things I will not draw (I'm sorry):
-Hard gore/organs (red splotches/smearing I can handle)
-Scat

Payment method for 1st time commission from me: 50% upon completion of lineart, 50% upon completion of illustration.
