2019-20 Eagle's Nest Tuition, Fee, and Program Agreement
TUITION  
By registering your student for Eagle's Nest you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Tuition will be paid by the due dates listed below:
August 15th, September 15th, October 15th, November 15th, January 15th, February 15th, March 15th, April 15th

No payments are due in December or May.

Tuition will be paid through PayForIt for either one-time checking, savings, or credit card or recurring payments. Families can set up separate PayForIt accounts to manage their individual tuition payments but monthly payments cannot be divided.

Tuition is divided into 8 equal monthly payments regardless of program days offered or used; there is no tuition adjustment due to holidays, emergency closures, delayed start days, or absences due to vacation, illness, or behavior concerns.

After the 25th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.

After the 1st day of the month following nonpayment, child care services will be suspended and all past due balances must be paid in order to return to Eagle's Nest. The child care slot may become available to waitlisted families.

TRACKING FEE
Families will pay a tracking fee of $5.00 each time Eagle's Nest must contact the family of an absent student when Eagle's Nest had not been contacted by the 1 P.M. deadline.

LATE PICKUP
A late fee of $5.00 for each portion of a 5-minute interval after 6:00 p.m. that a child is not picked up will be assessed.
Late fees must be paid within 5 business days.

Frequent late pick-ups will result in increased fees or termination of eligibility for Eagle’s Nest services.

CONTRACT CHANGE
Contract change fee of $30 for a program change within the same school year that decreases program hours attended.

Change must be requested in writing a minimum of 15 days before next tuition due date.

Change requests will be honored if there is space within the program. Students will be placed on the waiting list if space is unavailable.

WITHDRAWAL FROM EAGLE'S NEST
PROGRAM WITHDRAWALS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SCHOOL YEAR MUST BE MADE BY AUGUST 1ST AT 3 PM EST IN ORDER TO AVOID THE FIRST MONTH'S TUITION PAYMENT.

Withdrawal from Eagle’s Nest must be made in writing to eaglesnest@napls.us with notification 15 days prior to the next tuition payment due, by the last day of the month prior to withdrawal.

Notifications provided less than 15 days before the next tuition due date will result in either a partial charge or a partial refund.
 
Students may be reenrolled if space is available. A reenrollment fee of $50 is required each time a student rejoins the program whether or not it is within the same school year.

REFUNDS
Tuition is nontransferable.

Refunds will be given within 15 day notice of leaving the district or program for tuition paid in advance.

Refunds will be given if tuition is paid in advance and the Coordinator determines that it is in the student's or program's best interest for the student to no longer participate in Eagle's Nest.

No refunds will be given for the following time periods:
November 15th - January 14th
April 15th - May 31st
