Rationale : The main purpose of the program is to inculcate the view that Leading and Inspiring people for a productive work place which requires a combination of leadership skills, effective communication, and a genuine understanding of your team’s needs and motivations. The session will come up with some tips to help you lead and inspire your team.

  • Five Practices that make difference to inspire others.
  • 4E-s of Leadership for inspiring employees.
  • 3 Lean Leadership behaviors to inspire others.

Course fee and Registration:
Rs. 4,000/= for Members
Rs. 6,000/= for Non-Members
Rs. 500/= for Student members
