Sky Tavern programs and the ski area are produced and managed by a small staff and a large amount of passionate volunteers. For over 75 years everything done is rooted in helping kids and families have a better life outdoors. Sometimes we do very well and that needs to be shared. Sometimes mistakes have happened or things didn't go the way they should have. That needs to be conveyed. Below are ways to let the staff, department heads or Board of Directors know what is going on, good or bad.
Section 1 is to tell some good. How did Sky Tavern work out well for you or the kids. Name names if possible.
Section 2 is to point out the mistakes. Call it how you see it and maybe offer a solution.
Section 3 is to report serious issues. This is the SafeSport/Whistleblower report section. Anything reported here will be acted on by staff, management, the Board or the authorities as necessary. All of us involved with Sky Tavern must act with truth, honesty, and in the protection of the children first and foremost.
