About our tournament...
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
  • SOS 2024 will consist of 8 U15 teams and 8 U17 teams. 
  • Guarantee of 4 games (1 Friday, 2 Saturday, & 1 Sunday)- 3 round robin games and 1 playoff.
  • Each division will be divided to 2 Pools. 
  • Standings after 3 round robin games will determine medal/consolation games.
  • Gold/Silver Medal Game: Pool A 1st Place vs Pool B 1st Place
  • Bronze Medal Game: Pool A 2nd Place vs Pool B 2nd Place
  • Consolation Games for remaining teams: Pool A 3rd vs Pool B 3rd & Pool A 4th vs Pool B 4th

FEES:
  • Registration and fees are due IN FULL no later than April 15, 2024 (or 5 days from receiving your confirmation). 
  • Registration Fees are $950 for both U15B & U17B.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT: Pay in full prior to April 1st, 2024 and save $50 off your registration fee! 


INTENT TO PLAY DEPOSIT:
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit must be submitted by e-transfer to sos@innisfaillacrosse.com within 24 hours of this intent to play being received for your team to be considered. 
  • If your team is accepted, this deposit will go towards your fees. 
  • If the tournament is full, you will receive this deposit back.
  • If you withdraw, the deposit is forfeited

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There will be NO refunds on tournament fees UNLESS the following conditions are met: 
  1. Withdrawal is 30 days or more prior to the tournament, AND 
  2. a replacement team is found and has paid the full fee. 
If a replacement team is offered a discount to fill the space, the canceling team will only be refunded in the amount the replacement team has paid (for example, Team A cancels. Team B is found as a late replacement and only pays $700 of their fee. Team A would then be refunded only $700, rather than the full amount). 

No replacement found = no refund.
