Welcome to BLS Crew Late Fall 2019 Ergometer registration! A parent or guardian (not the BLS student) must complete this registration form. Please read the following information and complete all pages. Questions with asterisks are required. You must click the "send" button to finish the registration and save your answers!

IMPORTANT: No rower will be able to start practice without submitting the required forms as PDF email attachments to registrar@blscrew.org. Varsity and Novice rowers need to submit their forms by Monday November 11th. This only applies to rowers who did not participate in Fall 2019.

IMPORTANT: All payment is due to Friends of BLS Crew on Monday, November 11th, 2019 for all rowers. Financial Aid is available and can be requested by emailing registrar@blscrew.org 

IMPORTANT: This short session is only open for students who have rowed with BLS either in Spring 2019 or Fall 2019.

The required form for rowers who did NOT participate in Fall 2019:

(1) Spring 2020 BLS Sports Clearance Form.

(2) Concussion Training Certificate: A concussion training certificate, obtained by doing the video training at http://nfhslearn.com/courses/61037/concussion-in-sports.
