Aftercare Weekly Registration Form
Aftercare will be held Monday through Thursday from 2:30 - 5:30 (Friday's until 5:00)

Aftercare will be offered 5 days a week (including half days) with a few exceptions such as early dismissal for report cards conferences. Please make sure to check the online calendar.

Aftercare will once again be held in the library. Parents will need to call the Aftercare cell phone (516-310-0044) upon arrival, and your child will be brought down to you for dismissal at the gym doors.

Aftercare Fees

  • Each child will be charged at the rate of $12 per hour. Families that have more than 1 child attend will receive a sibling discount and be charged $6 per hour (for each additional child.) 

  • If your child attends Homework Help and then attends Aftercare, you will be assessed an additional fee from Aftercare beginning at 4:00 p.m. of $6 per half hour.

Monthly statements will be sent out at the end of each month. By checking the box below, you agree to have your full payment deducted automatically each month through FACTS to cover the cost of your child care. *
