Read each statement carefully and choose the level of development you perceive in your teammate's behavior. Complete the evaluation page for ALL Teammates, ONE FORMAT PER PERSON (For example: if your teammates are Maria, Pedro, and José, you need to fill one format for Maria, one for Pedro, and one for José) as you did in the first evaluation.  Send your evaluations by June 24th, the latest.
