Application Process for Enrollment
A family can apply for enrollment and enter a child on the waiting list by visiting the Co-op for a tour of the center, completing an application (one application per child) and submitting a $30.00 non-refundable application processing charge (one charge per child). Completion of the application does not guarantee enrollment. Families are encouraged to place their children on the waiting list as soon as possible, even in anticipation of a need (i.e. children not yet born).
Once your application is submitted and we recieve your application fee of $30, you will receive an email confirmation from us letting you know you will be placed on our waiting list. If we have a space immediately, you may be offered a space once you have toured the program, we have met your child(ren) and we have both determined our unique program and philosophy best fit your family.
When a family is offered a space for enrollment, they will be given 2 business days to confirm by submitting the $150 non-refundable registration fee per child and the $250.00 non-refundable materials fee per family. A family that declines the space shall be provided written verification that the space was denied and will be moved to the next spot on the list, should they desire to remain on the list. Families will be asked to update the application annually, but will not be required to pay a re-application processing charge.

Our waiting list is not entirely first-come, first-served based. Vacancies are filled by children with the best-fit month and year of birth, and then according to when their waitlist registration was completed. Priority is given to enrolled children increasing their hours of childcare and siblings of already-enrolled children.
