Everyone
needs mental health to continue their life journey, especially parents of
individuals with disabilities, as they face multiple challenges. They need ways that help them overcome these challenges or
difficulties they encounter. Among these ways are: expression, seeking help,
and confronting fears. We will explore all of these in the Eight Ways workshop,
which will help parents maintain their mental health.
