Tea & snack procurement (before workshop)

Saturday Tea Team (maintaining tea throughout Saturday)

Saturday morning Snack Team (setup & maintenance, until lunch)

Saturday afternoon Snack Team (maintenance after lunch & clean-up before dinner)

Saturday Lunch Team (help with arrangements, details tbd)

Saturday Dinner Team (help escort guests to restaurant)

Saturday Final Clean-up Team (tidy space before we leave for the night)

Sunday morning Snack Team (setup, maintenance & clean-up, morning until lunch)

Sunday Tea Team (maintaining tea throughout Sunday)
