Thank you for your interest in interning with Conflict Resolution Institute (CRI)!

Internships with CRI give students the opportunity to work directly with parties on case intake, case management, and observing in-house mediations. In addition, once  you have taken our training, you are able to mediate cases with our volunteer mediators in the Ventura County Superior Courts. 

Interns work on special projects including: Marketing our training and events, improving our social media presence, and reaching out to small businesses about our services. This internship is a great opportunity for people looking to enhance their mediation skills, get hands on experience quickly and to earn a resume worthy certification.
