For assistance with getting equipment to and from the Media Teaching Lab, students have access to tote bags and carts in our reservation system and should plan ahead to make sure they have what they need when picking up equipment. If you have a large checkout with items that will exceed the capacity of totes or wagons please continue with this Equipment Transportation Service Request.

***Please note that requests require 72 hours in advance and will need to be approved by a staff member, so submit earlier then your projected pick up/ return days.

If approved, the equipment will be wheeled out to the loading loop by Peterson Hall. A team member will verify your items and/or any changes prior to handing off equipment for loading.
