We are so glad you are registering for our Summer Day Camp this year!
After you complete AND submit this form, you will see a link that will take you to a page where you can purchase your registration(s) online (which is our preferred method of payment). You also have the option to pay in person by cash or check on the first day of the camp.
NOTE: You must fill out AND submit this form for EACH participant. Each time you submit the form you will see a link to go to the payment page. However, you can wait until you have completed all registrations and then click the link to pay for all participants at the same time.
