Viking Swim is a FAMILY.  In order to have a successful year and provide the best experience for your swimmer, we need help from your family!  If more than one family member would like to volunteer, please have each family member fill out their own form.

Description of Jobs/Duties
Lane Timer - use stopwatch to time swimmer, push "pickle" as backup, and record times on heat sheet
Head Timer - time each heat with 2 stopwatches for backup.  Ensure all lanes have timers
Pasta Party Coordinator - work to organize, schedule party dates, assist in ordering
Pasta Party Host - provide home/location for party, and ensure food is provided and served
Team Snack Coordinator - procure snacks for each meet through parent donations, and set up table at meets
Team Photography/Video - photograph/record video of swimmers and meets, create end of year slideshow
Team Banquet Coordinator - work with coaches to organize, schedule, and decorate end of year banquet
Restaurant/Fundraising Coordinator - contact restaurants, get ASB approval, organize, schedule, and advertise events
Team gift/Senior Recognition Coordinator - work with coaches to organize gifts/posters for graduating Vikings
If there is something that you can offer the team that is not listed above, please let us know what it is here. (ex. are you a former springboard diver that would like to help to assist a dive program?  A business owner who would like to offer a service or donation?)  Let us know!
