All returnees/visitors/workers coming to Namsai district are required to fill-up this online form for entering into Namsai district. As per the latest SOP issued by Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh vide notification No. Secy (Health)/SOP-11/2020 dated 19th July 2020 related to COVID-19 pandemic, all returnees and persons will have to compulsorily undergo paid facility quarantine. They will be accommodated in PAID QUARANTINE CENTRES and bear the cost as fixed by District Administration.
