Please Read This Carefully
By signing this form and returning it along with the $175.00 deposit (non-refundable), I am committing myself to arrive at the Summer Mission (SM) on June 1st* and to remain until July 13th* (exceptions for quarter students is required by the Summer Mission Directors. Please contact the directors for specific dates).
By agreeing to attend the Epic Wildwood Summer Mission, I realize that the leaders are reserving housing for the summer, securing materials for my use and incurring other SM-related expenses. Additionally, this form reserves a slot for me—limiting the opportunity that someone else might have to attend the SM. I agree in good faith to honor this commitment and attend the Epic Wildwood Summer Mission.
We really desire to build close community on this SM and allowing students to leave can hinder this community. Therefore, only certain weddings, family graduations and family emergencies will be given consideration for leaving the mission. (No more than one weekend will be permitted unless approved by a director.)
I agree to abide by all SM policies and I will submit to the SM leadership.
