COVID Breakout Group Choice Form
Initially, this effort was started by the Chicago Food Policy Action Council to support collaboration and collective advocacy in response to COVID-19's immense impact on the food system (local food businesses, local food producers, food system workers, and community food access).

A year into the pandemic, the group has been reframed as broader support for Chicago's food system. The group now discusses all food system topics, not just emergent COVID-19 needs. All who are passionate about advocating for justice and equity within Chicago's food system are encouraged to join this group!

Please fill out the form below to introduce yourself to our team. After filling out the form, you'll be directed to a link that will allow you to request to join the Chicago Food Justice Rhizome Network google group. Through this group, you will be able to join group wide calls, as well as participate in working groups related to specific sectors of our food system.
