This form is for group leaders to fill out to create a new Cathedral Circle group. These are lay-led groups that gather around a specific goal or purpose. The group leader will be responsible for communicating with Cathedral Staff about when the circle is meeting to effectively communicate to the rest of the Cathedral Community. It is also suggested that group leaders create other ways to communicate to circle members or potential members via social media, email, text, etc.
