STOP! In addition to completing this informational form, you are required to download the Brightwheel Parent Communications app on APPLE or GOOGLE PLAY stores and complete your child's registration and profile. Failure to complete the entire registration process may cause a forfeit in your spot. 

CWK REGISTRATION PROCESS:
  1. Pay CWK registration
  2. Complete CWK Registration Form (this form)
  3. Complete your TWP form on Brightwheel. The system will prompt you to create a Brightwheel account if you don't already have one. You will finish creating your child(ren)'s and parent's profile on Brightwheel. Be sure to complete your payment account info.

  4. ​ If you already use Brightwheel, add Camp Warrior King to your app, and your child's profile will auto-populate.

Complete one form per child.
