Parents - Read this!  Feel free to read through this application but do not fill it out for your student.  It is important that all applicants fill out their own applications. Period. End of story.

All first-time applicants must apply for Level 1.  
New applicants CAN ALSO apply for Level 2 and 3 they can check those boxes as well.
Everyone must complete Level 1 before taking any higher level training - No exceptions.
Returning team leaders from 2022 can apply for Level 2 and Level 3.
