The scholarship program is dedicated to helping young game developers from Poland to go to their first GDC in San Francisco on March 16-20, 2020. In the scholarship matter of inclusiveness and groups being underrepresented  at GDC will be looked upon with special care.

The best submissions will be selected by the Jury with Judges being members of Indie Game Poland Advisory Board.

Scholars will be provided with:
+ GDC Conference + Summits Pass
+ group accommodation in San Francisco during the event, including breakfasts
+ mentoring during the GDC and help with networking
+ pre-GDC training and mentoring

Scholars own costs and responsibility are:
* travel to San Francisco (we estimate this to cost ca. 500-800USD )
* living costs in San Francisco (we estimate that you will need at least 150USD)
* costs of obtaining a passport and ESTA* (ESTA costs 14 USD)
* reaching appointed pre-GDC training session in Poland (more information soon)

The call for applications will be closed 19th of December at 23:59 CET.

*Take notice: Poland has become a member in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, but that doesn't mean there are no additional procedures to be taken care of.
