You will need to complete this form before your Virtual Dressing Services appointment.

The measurements you provide are critical for virtual sizing. Volunteers and/or staff will be pre-shopping items for you before your appointment. It may be easier to get help from someone close to you while taking the measurements and photos for the appointment.

What if you don't have a measuring tape at home? We recommend any of the following:

1) If you can afford it, purchasing one from a grocery store, drug store, dollar store or craft store, such as Michael's or Walmart. Tape measures are usually inexpensive and cost less than $5.

2) Using a piece of string or ribbon (it cannot be stretchy) instead and measuring it against a ruler or other measuring device.

3) Emailing dressingservices@dfsvancouver.org and we can send you a disposable tape measure to use!
