Books that are published through HMI can be purchased using this form for ordering directly from the Publisher.  

All books are $17 for hardcover and $12 for soft cover, plus tax and $8 shipping and handling.  

When you complete this form, you will receive an email within 2 business days and have the opportunity to request the number of the books you want and shipping or a local delivery option.  

A detailed invoice will be sent via email, for your payment.  You may pay with a credit card, a check or Paypal.
