Apply for our affordable 9-day course designed to ignite your future and get you moving. The cost is just $55 for the public, and $39 for current members. You'll have a chance to state your preference for upcoming dates/sessions below. Lauri's List members (Pro, Associate and Community) will get some preference, but candidates will be selected according to their goals and commitment, so we can create a dynamic group. We'll be in touch within a few days. If accepted, we'll send you some bullet points to think about before the first session, and a Zoom link that we'll use for both of our group sessions. Then we'll see you at the first group session!

If you need to switch sessions, get in touch with us through the website at laurislist.com as soon as you can, so we can open up your spot for someone else. Cancellations must be received at least five days before your start date.
