The Upper North Neighbors Association (UNNA) is bringing a new addition to our Tioga community. Using our plan and model we are erecting a park at the corner of N 17th St and Tioga St, on the lot directly across from Spring Garden Academy. Providing a safe, clean interactive green space is a dream come true in Tioga.  Revitalizing this  vacant lot brings nature back into everyday life by creating a high-quality outdoor green space that can be used by everyone benefiting the community at large.  This is also a chance for a real start at revitalizing the 17th St commercial corridor.   

This project is initiated with community input and selection of all park components during the design process.  There are 4 proposed templates from which participants select pieces that best fit the park's intent.  Prior to the build and delivery of the park components, a series of meetings are held to ensure community input and involvement.
