Event Summary and Request for Volunteers

Scout Fair is a yearly Fall Event conducted by ECR with the goals of Scout fellowship, fun, recruiting, learning, and an opportunity to get in camping nights for Scouts! The event's success is dependent upon attendees help to offer booths and activities that fulfill the goals of the event! Tentative date is October 6 - 8, 2023.

To assist us with planning and promoting the event, we would like to announce in advance what activities attendees are being offered as well as getting a best guess as to who wants to camp overnight! We have been able to arrange for a flat-fee of $12 to $14 for the weekend, which means you can attend Saturday, and camp Friday night and/or Saturday night.

Non-Scouters can be invited for Saturday to see what Scouting fun is like to help you with recruiting/membership, and we are striving to make it FREE for them! We will be able to use the various facilities and activity ranges if we can provide our own volunteers to run Archery, BB gun, etc.

PLEASE respond to this survey with information on what kind of a booth activity your Unit can run and if you would be able to help out as event's organizing staff!
