Program Mission & Description

The Mission of the CREW Vancouver Mentorship Program (the “Program”) is to support and encourage an exchange of ideas, friendship and expertise among real estate professionals.

The Program matches CREW Vancouver members and volunteers (mentees) with experienced professionals with 10+ years in the industry (mentors) for guidance and support while also allowing the mentors to expand and develop their coaching/mentorship skills and foster relationships with the future leaders of the local real estate community. 

Program Qualifications & Timeline

Program Eligibility

  • Open to all current CREW members and volunteers
  • Past program participants are welcome to reapply
Program Term
  • 12 consecutive months: May 2023 through April 2024
Application Deadline
  • Sunday, April 30, 2023
Program Launch Events
  • Kickoff meeting: Tuesday, May 2, 2023 @ 5:00pm
  • Initial meeting to introduce all of the mentees and provide details on the program
  • To be held, in person, at the NWRE offices, 1100 Melville, Suite 1400
  • Mentorship Mingler: Tuesday, June 6, 2023 @ 5:30pm
  • Meet and greet with current and past year program participants
  • To be held, in person, location TBD

Mentee Commitment
The CREW Vancouver Mentorship Program is a mentee-led program.  By participating in this Program, mentees are required to:
  • Be Proactive - take initiative to make the first contact after the initial introduction
  • Arrange at least four meetings with your mentor over the course of the Program
  • Be eager to learn and ask questions
  • Work as a team player - you must be willing to contribute as much as possible to the mentorship relationship
  • Be Patient - you must be willing to put in the time and effort to get to know and accommodate the schedule of your mentor
  • Have a Positive Attitude - you must seek out and be open to receiving feedback
