ROPES provides pathways to higher education through a dual enrollment program at Rowan University that begins January 2022 to June 2023. Specifically, this program focuses on high school juniors in school districts in South Jersey. Starting in 11th grade (Fall 2021), students will enroll in Rowan online coursework simultaneously to earn high school and college credits (i.e., 9-11 credits total) as well as receive a range of academic support services. There are five academic tracks that students can pursue for career exploration: Computer Science, Engineering, Music Business, Social Services/Social Work, and Teacher Education.

Participants in R.O.P.E.S. will be provided with transportation for all campus travel and academic visits, instructional materials for courses and summer institute, meals and snacks provided during events, cost for tuition and fees for dual credit courses, and laptop or Chromebook provided to each participant.  In addition, R.O.P.E.S. offer qualifying participants' scholarship support to attend Rowan University and major in one of the five fields of study.
