Thanks for applying for a scholarship for Camp Forward.

We do our best to make camp affordable to as many campers as possible. This form will help us to help you with this! We will provide a response within two weeks of receiving this application.

We really want to get to know your child throughout the summer. Therefore the more weeks that your child(ren) attend, the higher scholarship amount your family is eligible for.

I understand that all camper fees must be paid by Monday, June 6. If I have not paid in full by June 6 and we have not received post dated cheques, then my child's spot will be removed and I will be refunded the amount, minus the $10 deposit. We will email you on the first Monday of each month to remind you of your balance due. *
