This form is the preliminary registration form for the After School Abernethy ECO Garden Club (formerly GAP) program. By completing this form you are requesting (first come, first served) specific days for your student to join the program.
When this form is submitted, Chloe (ECO After School Coordinator) will receive a notification and will sort all registrations within 12-24 hours. If there is no space available, you will receive an email letting you know of any conflicting days and be given the opportunity to shift the registration.
If the days you request are available, Lauren will then send you a confirmation email and an invoice to complete your registration by paying for the term. This term, we will be able to accept checks. If you need to set up a payment plan please contact:

We will meet from 3:00-5:30 PM. We will not meet when school is closed (that has been factored into the cost below). If there are PPS make-up days, we will also fill those.
