Managing Investigators: From Stress to Success… The “People” Part of Supervising

If you’re a supervisor preparing for annual employee reviews, mulling over a sensitive one-on-one with an investigative journalist or struggling to find meaningful ways to help that person improve and grow – this session is for you! This management webinar series is open to any IRE member – especially those currently or aspiring to lead investigators. You may submit questions anonymously to this form before the event, or speak directly during the live event to panelists, who will share their best tips and experience for navigating stressful moments with your team, managing challenging chats, setting goals, delivering feedback and receiving pitches openly. Anyone attending this session should be respectful of other participants and abide by IRE’s Code of Conduct. Those wishing to participate can register for this virtual event here, and we will then send a link to join the session.
