Please fill in as much as you can and remember to 'Submit' the form when completed.   You will receive an email confirming your registration and we will be in touch within a week or two as well.  If you are 18+ years, please sign up as a single.  If you are under 18 years, please let us know who you are coming to camp with. If you have any children in your care please enrol as a family.
