Rolla Youth Baseball Softball (& T-Ball) Coach's Application
Each Coach and Assistant Coach  wishing to coach a team in Rolla Youth Baseball Softball (& T-Ball) must have a completed form.  

Coach and Assistant Coach Applications must be received by April 5, 2024.

All Coaches and Assistant Coaches must also fill out a background check form and submit a copy of their driver's license.    Links to the background check form are found at the bottom of the application.

Completed background check forms and a copy of your driver's license can be emailed to rolla.rybs@gmail.com or mailed to P.O. Box 1453 Rolla, MO 65402.  RYBS covers the fee associated with the background check.  Background check form and driver's license must be received by April 5, 2024.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
