Small Business Accessibility Grant Application Part 1

It should just take a few moments to complete, and you won't need any special paperwork or records to apply. Selected applicants will be invited to appear before our Grant Committee for a 10-15 minute interview. Funds will be awarded to top scoring requests. We ask that recipients let us know how the funds impacted their business within 90 days of funding. The entire process should take less than one hour.

NOTE: The business owner must complete the application, even if requesting funds on behalf of an employee. Answers must be complete. Incomplete or inaccurate answers may disqualify an applicant.
