In an effort to make the rally as contactless as possible we'd like you to fill out this form before coming to the event. You do not need to print this form if you have submitted it. You need to fill out this form for each driver and for every event you enter.

Wheel nuts torqued to specifications & wheels in good condition

Vehicle has all body panels securely in place and sharp edges are covered
