Spots are inside our heated indoor market (outdoor spaces available during spring and summer events). Our market is open concept so you don’t have to worry about cramped spaces.

All Tents MUST be tied down or weighted down at all times (this only applies to tents outside during spring/summer events).

We only allow one vendor per company so you can maximize your profit. We don't duplicate vendors (we will duplicate vendors such as knitting, creating custom projects, painting etc because every one have a different niche and style).

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but are applied towards your total invoice.

All spaces include enoough room for you to be comfortable and have chairs/belongings etc. The dimensions are more for how many tables fit in each spot. If you need assistance in which size will work best, email: lydiaosamarket@icloud.com

I understand that I will have to pay my deposit to secure my spot (deposits are listed in contract), and if deposit is not received after 5 business days following my application acceptance my spot may be given to someone else and I will have to reapply.
