La Politique, the Department of Political Science of Kirori Mal College brings to you the much-awaited flagship event 'NITI-NIRMAAN', the policy proposal contest under the aegis of the annual fest POLITICANA '24. The theme for this year's contest revolves around "Innovation in political funding/electoral funding in view of recent SC verdict".
Participants must develop policies targeting the pressing need for innovative solutions in political funding. They should address the current challenges and propose strategies for tackling them. The indicators of accuracy, fairness and impartiality ought to be stressed upon in this context.
Rules and Regulations:
1. Participants will be given a time limit of 7 minutes for pitching in their policy. The medium for the same may either be English or Hindi. Participants may supplement their proposal with a PowerPoint Presentation.
2. It is mandatory for the participants to submit a hardcopy of the Executive Summary of 2 pages that would contain their policy briefing addressed to the judges on the day of the event.
