OUR CAUSE:
All of the money raised will be going to support out primary beneficiary this year. The Harbour is a wonderful locally based organization that offers immediate, stable, and safe housing to homeless youth and young mothers with children. Every day they provide nutritious meals, continued education, and employment. Additionally, they give individual counseling to help break the cycle of homelessness. After over 50 years, The Harbour have helped provide over 20,000 meals and 9,500 days of supervised care. The Harbour has served the North Suburbs since 1971.
Our secondary beneficiary is the D219 Education Foundation, which supports D219 students in need through academic-related grants, student scholarships and programs not funded by public tax revenues, which would otherwise be unavaliable to them.
