Assistants in Mission (AIM) Sponsor Form

This form is designed to be completed by the Sponsor after they have met with the applicant. You may choose to meet in person, over the phone, or over video-chat.

AIM is a program designed for 10th-12th grade students who have committed themselves to following Jesus and desire to gain deeper insight into what it means to live in the Kingdom of God. "AIMers" will have the opportunity to be a part of a small community of other youth and embark on a three-week intensive discipleship course, committed to an in-depth Bible study, intentional worship, acts of service, and fellowship with other youth in a similar place in their faith.

Every AIM applicant needs a sponsor who encourage and challenge them before and after their AIM session. They could be a Pastor, Youth Director, church elder, or mentor who will help them process their AIM experience when they return home. Sponsors help the AIM experience extend beyond the AIM session itself and further lasting growth in their discipleship.
