Please complete this form to tell us how your business will participate in the 6th edition of the Petawawa Ramble event. Confirm early so your business can be featured on the printed and electronic map and event associated advertising. Note: Some of the opportunities are limited and will only be available on a first submitted basis.

While we have always given out prizes for our business harvest display winners this year the prizes will be as follows:

Best Business Harvest Displays
1st Place $500+ radio credit or combination
2nd Place $300 radio credit or combination
3rd Place $200 SpeedPro certificate or equivalent
Best Community Display - $100 SpeedPro certificate
Best Business Harvest Display with a Theme - $200 Valley Eats credit or equivalent
Honorable Mention - Public Choice - $100 cash
Committee’s Choice - $100 gift/certificate or equivalent
Crowd Favourite - $100 gift/certificate or equivalent

Winners will be announced at a late afternoon social and networking event as part of the small business week.

I will set up a Harvest Display with Pumpkin Folk at my Business location (FREE locator on map)

I want a Business Display Ad ($200 +HST) (ad on map and website and social) 12 available

I would like to create a Harvest display in a public area/park ($250 +HST or equivalent credit voucher) for non Petawawa businesses. FREE for community organizations - site needs to be approved)

I will host an event at my business as part of the Ramble weekend

I would like to purchase a Harvest Display package ($200 + HST) (For businesses who could not participate otherwise) Includes 5 bales of hay, 5 corn stocks, 3-5 pumpkins, 1 mum. These items will be brought to your business exterior the week of October 1-4.

If you purchase a Harvest Display package you may also request the same items be removed. Removal will occur following the Ramble event.

Required

Participants agree that if they select to have a Harvest display with Pumpkin Folk they will complete the harvest elements of their display (hay bales, corn stalks, autumn flowers and such elements) arranged outside their business by October 1st. You will be provided with a sign indicating that pumpkin folks are coming which will be installed in your harvest display. The actual Pumpkin Folks can only be added to your Harvest displays starting October 11th. *
