Learn a new winter sport or improve your skills in snowshoeing or cross country skiing. Au Sable Institute staff will teach us the basics and we can adventure on the groomed trails to practice our new skills.

Thursday, March 7th, 1:00 - 3:00PM at Au Sable Institute of Environmental Studies (7526 Sunset Trail Road NE, Mancelona, MI).

Event is free but limited to 15 participants to allow for the best instruction. RSVP’s are required (online kalkaskaconservation.org/events/wintersports or call (231) 258-3307.

Cross country skis have a special shoe and binding combination. We can have your set ready for you upon arrival. (Example, women's size 8.5 OR men's size 7)
